Crox Agency runs client’s websites on various technologies like AWS, Google cloud, Digital Pacific and others which are backed by their uptime service level agreements. We take data security very seriously as it’s YOUR data. We do not hold data outside Australia unless a client requests us to do so.
2. Your Data
Your data is stored on Crox Agency’s protected Microsoft data servers.Our clients own their own personal data and information and we will not ever sell to any third parties.
3. Audits
Crox Agency regularly undergoes rigorous audits conducted by third-party professional audit organisations. These third parties hold security certifications, ensuring their capability to conduct high-level audits. This commitment aims to provide Crox Agency’s customers with a secure and safe cyber experience. It encompasses various aspects such as Cyber Security Shared Responsibility, implementation of secure account protection practices, and proactive measures against phishing threats.
4. Layers
Crox Agency uses firewalls, WAF etc. to restrict access and protect your data from unauthorised access. Our servers are only available to senior Crox Agency developers and engineers, and we log and audit all access. The pages of Crox Agency have SSL encryption for full page security.
